 Rating: - Not the greatest book of its type"This old man, he played one, he played knick-knack on my drum". I never understood what a knick-knack was as a child and am non-the-wiser now. However I always loved this catchy rhyme. I bought the book to enhance the singing of the rhyme to my first toddler. The book is pleasant enough, but I don't feel that the illustrations marry up to the rhyme particularly well.
