Rating:  - Worn out my video version!I first had this when I was pregnant with my first in 1997. Although the outfits are dated now the routines haven't. I've used a lot of Rosemary Conley and Beverley Callard DVD's between pregnancies and this particular DVD is very similar to the styles of these two other instructors. The Y Plan is split into 4 sections. Toning and aerobics for trimesters 1 & 2 and then slower focused exercises and a relaxation section for trimester 3 and the postnatal workout (individual exercise ... I am not a sporty type but did want to be fit during pregnancy. I never managed to use the part for the first trimester but it didn't make any difference as you can start at whatever part you like/or is suitable for you, so it's not too late to start even if you're well into your pregnancy.
