Davina's quirky jokes are only mildly funny on first viewing... her pro-trainer woman is equally annoying... the exercises hardly raised my heart rate... the sections are too short... I could go on. Maybe I just didn't warm to Davina. She plays to the camera a lot which got wearing on repeated viewings. I quite liked her 'tips' section where she lounged on a sofa and spilt the beans on her own experience. But overall I was not impressed with either the pre or post ... My fitness level had dropped hugely so I checked this dvd with a doctor friend of mine to see what she thought first. It got the thumbs up. I found that this dvd was great for me. It probably is not too difficult at first if you have ok fitness levels but it was great for me. I am still using this and am now 24 weeks pregnant, you do feel the benefits ... Read More: Rating:  - Great for breaking you back into post-natal exerciseI can't comment on the pre natal part of the dvd 'cos I only watched it once after finding my pregnancy too tiring to even think about exercise in my thrid trimester. But having done the post natal workout I would definitely use both again when I have another baby. The post natal workout isn't hardcore so don't expect a full on sweat fest 'cos you won't get it. What you do get is a good overall body workout, with some good advice for getting back into exercise after having a baby. I found the toning sections ... Although the aerobics are quite gentle as other people have said, I don't find that a problem. If you want to a watch someone for an hour who is OH SO pleased with themselves for being pregnant, wont stop rubbing their tummy and making painfully irritating comments then this is the DVD for you.
