 Rating:  - Great if you want to increase your activity levels I bought this a few weeks ago - along with a pregnancy yoga dvd. Really pleased with it. I'm fairly active normally - in that I walk alot, climb stairs whenever possible, etc - but I've not been doing any "exercise classes" since before I became pregnant. Really wanted to increase my activity levels in my own time (but not overdo it). This is great for that. It's low impact but it gets the blood flowing. Read More: Rating:  - For already trained womenAlthough I am into yoga for many years this DVD raises your heartbeats for sure. It is mostly like an aerobics class than a usual yoga-related prenatal program with calm and soothing exercises. It is quite vigorous and I wouldn't suggest it to women who had some troubles in the first trimester. Rating: - Not sure I can do this every day...Have just done this workout for the first time at 6 months pregnant and feel really good afterwards. Like I've had a proper workout - pregnant or not - while feeling safe and controlled throughout. As the other reviewers have said, this DVD is refreshingly unpretentious and didn't annoy me at all (unusual in a fitness DVD!). Having said that, not sure I'd be up to doing this workout every day - there are some days where just getting up to fetch more chocolate ice cream is too much of an effort! But ...
