Enchanted Meditations for Kids (Calm for Kids) by: Christiane Kerr November 14, 2005 I bought this CD to help my children relax at bed time and it worked wonders. They loved the visualisations and found that it helped them to let go of the day's worries and unwind. They have had exams and were feeling very anxious but found that they could calm down when they listened to the meditations. The voice on the CD is beautiful and would help even the adults among us to unwind! I thorougly reccommmend it to anyone who needs to help their children let go of the stresses they encounter. |

My eldest daughter finds it very hard to 'switch off' at bedtime & as a result lies awake for hours mulling things over in her head. That was until I bought this CD. The soothing music, creative narrative & Christiane's calm & gentle voice helps her to totally relax, she is yet to hear the CD right to the end, she always falls asleep by track 3. Can't recommend it highly enough! |
