But I just wanted to point out that the horse on the front cover, well he looks okay. 'TILL YA READ THE BOOK!!! The boy was riding Patch! now I don't know about you but I always thought Patch was supposed to be black and white but on this cover he is bay! I think who ever made this cover should have known this I mean if his name was Sam or somthing like that okay but Patch is kinda self explanatory. THE END |

Glory in the Cup (Glory Gardens) Best Selling > Books > Sport by: Bob Cattell January 03, 1998 I have very fond memories of the Glory Gardens series, having read a lot of sporting fiction as a kid I would definitely consider this the best of the series' I read. Brilliantly written with some infinitely memorable characters - Frankie, Clive and Ohbert spring to mind - I would thoroughly recommend these books to any kid with an interest in cricket. |
