My 19 month old granddaughter loved this Maisie dvd immediately, and its use of colours and numbers is gently educational too. The little stories about everyday things balance repetitiveness and variety and the story line holds her attention. my 2yr old daughter loves maisy,she has alot of her dvds
first discovered maisy when purchased 2 dvds cheaply off ebay
came with a fimbles dvd,which is why i mainly bought them
it was the christmas dvd which my daughter loved but sadly shes broken it now
so i have purchased many more new maisy dvds,all for around £3.00 each,bargain

A really fun DVD to help learning the letter sounds. It kept my children interested all of the way through. The actual letter sounds were not as 'pure' as the sounds that are being taught in schools now EG. 'pu' rather than 'p' but the idea is there.

Great fun. Bright colours, simple activities, with Neil Morrissey "toasting" over endless reggae this is as fun for the parents as it is for the kids! Doesn't over repeat the music in-between and no Tweenies-type irriation. Band is the best!

My daughter was transfixed as Maisy found a pearl underwater,went sledging with penguins, baked cakes, had hiccups, cleaned her fish-tank and other wonderful stories. From the first time I showed my son the video he has asked for it when ever he is in the house. He loves the video and seems to learn more and more from it each time he watches it. The type of things he learns from the video is colours, counting, numbers and he loves the music. Although Maisy does not really talk, the voice over is there to translate in good English and yes, the voice-over voice is Neil Morrissey's. I can't fault this video and I will be ordering some more.
