For 1,5 year now we have this dvd and still isn't boring at all.Not for my 3,5 year old or for us.I love the voices!!What a gift to be able to tell a story with just enough words and drawings.Story's with humor and tenderness.
Very practical because there many short story's so you can decide how long your child can watch.

My son has loved Kipper from the age of 6 months. It,s fortunate that we have a multi region dvd player, as for reasons I don,t understand this quintessentially English animated dog and his friends are only able to be viewed in all their adventures by purchasing region 1 products aimed at the American market. I would love somebody to explain the logic behind this to me... This aside.. I would advise anyone who reads this to go get yourself an aforementioned dvd player and buy this. Every day we sit and watch some Kipper before bedtime. My 22 month old sits enchanted and follows the story avidly. He is a great lover of his Kipper books and so enjoys Rocket the best since it is very close to the book. His Dad loves it too - Rocket is his favourite. Everything in our house stops for Kipper after bathtime. The animation is so detailed which makes for interesting adult viewing too. Thoroughly recommended
