This is my second Yogalates dvd and it is definitely completely different from the other one I have (ultimate Yogalates) but I enjoy it just as much!

I love Louise's voice and find it relaxing. I also love the fact it has the added little 10 minutes Abs section for when you want to do a little bit more after your work out. (but make sure you stretch out after cus otherwise you are going to feel it the next day!!!)

Brought this a few months ago, never been to any classes but just wanted to try at home and see if i could get into it and enjoyed it! The girl on the dvd showing the moves is hot! Which is a good start and she talks you though everything slowly with nice gentl music playing in the back ground...before you know it you've been doing YOGA for an hr and your body is being pushed to the limits! If you've never tried YOGA this is the perfect start. Go buy!

I've never tried yoga but have dabbled with pilates. I found this dvd quite strenuous but the instructor was very informative, giving tips such as "if this is hurting then you're probably doing this" and she was right. It's a bit tricky without a mirror as you're not sure if you're horizontal etc but some of the moves for more advanced people I had to laugh at but will persevere to hopefully.

Definitely worth buying if you fancy a workout that doesn't involve jogging!!

This dvd contains a very gentle routine, that is best suited to absolute beginners who have never practised yoga.

The music and settings are good. The mix of postures is good. Leah's voice is clear, soft and gentle; very nice to listen to.

The instructions are also good, Leah always makes it clear when you should breath in and out, which is really important in a yoga workout.

Fantastic program of yogalates which I have used several times a week for the last 6 months. If you're looking to lose weight it's great to combine with a more strenuous exercise dvd to improve tone and flexibility as your weight decreases. Unfortunately my band did snap as it's not as strong as other pilates bands but I bought 3 different strength bands and have worked up to the hardest one so you can make the workout as difficult as you like. After my local Ashtanga yoga class was cancelled I bought this dvd hoping it would allow me to continue this style of yoga I love so much. I wasn't disappointed! I started to use this DVD after 3 months of pregnancy based on the reviews on Amazon. I started off with the full session and have dropped back to the intermediate section in the DVD now that I am over 6 months pregnant. I agree with other reviewers that the DVD gives you a choice of programmes to follow depending on which stage of pregnancy you are at and also your comfort level. The exercises in this video are made too fast for yoga beginners. I would not recommend it for Yoga beginners. In fact, only the last part, the stretching and relaxation part, is suitable for yoga beginners. Sorry but I have seen better.
