buy it with paris hiltons album. paris hilton even promoted this on mtv. she is a great singer. buy her album to day. and tine tuner's album. buy all 3 for just 2 pence.

when asked what my favourite film is ill invariably say disneys Robin hood and the blank looks on the questioners face normally is just a comon occurance that until they have seen the film they dont understand why its so good!

Children and adults alike will love this film, ok the graphics are dated but for 1973 they are very good, the story is jolly, heart warming and a great take on an old fable.

Yes this is basically a kids film, but as a 40+ person with no kids who has purchased the DVD, I'll happily own up to being an adult who loves this film.

This film set the benchmark for computer animated films when it was released in 1995 and it still looks good today. The story is simple and the characters are marvellous. In addition to all the positive things about this DVD I would just also like to mention two drawbacks:
1.) If you don't like the Walt Disney singing parades, this is a no for I'm afraid it contains quite a few
2.) The stories do NOT come to a natural and obvious end but rather one leads on to the other so you do have the debate as to whether the child may not watch a little more ...and just another little more ...

Well I Absolutley HATED high school musical the entire film just irritates me. But i have to admit , the signing in this movie was actually really good and the songs were pretty catchy. The storyline wasnt particually original but it was still worth watching. I'd recommend renting this movie or watchig it on disney channel before you buy it though.

This was one of my favourite disney films when I was little and when I saw it on DVD fully restored with pristine picture quality I had to buy it. This may not be on the same terms as Lion King, Bambi, Little Mermaid and other disney classics we all know, in terms of popularity but this film has its own charm to it and is just as good as the others, with its sense of imagination, humour and positive messaging. This is a brilliant film suitable for kids familys and adults.
I read the book first then saw the film. I am currently reading the book 'small steps' which is a brilliant conclusion.
Louis Sachar is one of America's best writers I hope to read all of her novels.

Any film that comes with a U certificate and stars talking animals can usually be guaranteed to be slightly lame - flimsy plot, rubbish script and duff acting. Not here! Underdog is tons of fun. Enough slapstick to keep 4 year olds happy, enough toilet humour to keep 7 year olds happy and enough wink-nudge one-liners to make the grown-ups giggle and it's all helped along by the brilliantly droll voicing of Underdog by Jason Lee of My Name is Earl fame. It is almost unbelievable, but a cursory reading of some of the reviews would suggest that some Amazon customers have not read, or even heard of, the Lewis Carroll classics "Alice Through The Looking Glass" and "Alice In Wonderland."

This film is one of the most mature and thoughtful of all Disney films, and manages to capture some of the dreamy, frightening, enchanting and nightmarish atmosphere of the books. Alice is a children's story in name only: it is best described as a semi-benign nightmare of epic proportions.
