Disapointed with this collection. I got it for my young son, aged 4 and it is nothing like the original far more gentle 1967 series. It is certainly not aimed at younger viewers and the PG rating is right. Language and level of violence not suitable in my opinion for younger children.Fine if you're a teenager but not for Spidey's youngest fans. Plus the animation is very jerky and fast moving not good for them...or me either. Guess I'll have to await until the original series is released in region 2 !

I have to admit the initial half an hour of Little Chicken captured my full interest. The noticeable Disney's humour and values became evident. The sequences of introducing the story and characters is well delivered. At this point, the movie looked promising and a bright Disney's prospect.

I must confess that, as of writing this review, I have yet to see the animated Disney feature "101 Dalmatians". I really have to wonder, though, how Disney came to acquire the notion that making a live-action equivalent would be a good idea. This is my favourite Disney film, and in my opinion was the last great Disney animated masterpiece. The storyline might sound weird at first but it's very cute really, and the "Ohana" message throughout the film is really sweet and true. Nobody gets left behind or forgotten. The animation is wonderful (especially the watercolour backgrounds <3), the characters loveable and the music is just...perfect!

This is a must-have to your Disney DVD collection! =D
