I admit I did'nt read the other reviews when renting this DVD from Amazon and just went by the fact it was pregnancy yoga and it looked modern on the front with a woman in a branded tracksuit and the release date was 2004.

I became interested in this DVD after watching the Oprah special on Dunstan baby language. The DVD didn't go much further than the actual show. The first dvd is 20 minutes the second 12, with a few additional minutes of parent reviews. I'm not saying it isn't a good system, after watching the show and showing my husband the website we picked up on the 'neh' sound for hungry immediately. I am so sorry I bothered with this DVD. There is so much chatter about how good this will be and an incredibly long disclaimer essay at the beginning and very little else.

I wondered whether it would be a yoga class for mums with a bit of variations on the asanas/poses to include the baby... or if it would be more a play-yoga-games kind of thing, where toddlers ran about and played animals or tried poses in a playgroup.

My son was grumpy while eating.. He didnt play with toys initially.
But, after seeing this video, he started to play with toys and eat his food without any trouble..
Infact , for the first few times, he was glued to this video.. But , now while playing, he just turns to those kids in the Video and smiles at them.. thinking they are playing with him!!!!!!!!!!

This is an excellent product. I got this when my little girl was a few months old, but unlike some of the other reviewers' children, my girl wasn't glued to the set. Don't get me wrong, she was interested but not fascinated. At 17 months now in September '07 I have started to put it back on for her and she is now transfixed by it. I was amazed by how quickly she was picking up on things, shouting "Choo" when the train comes on (as it often does) and how excited she gets when the furry animals come on.
