If you collect Disney DVD's (the orinigal cinema releases, not the poor quality sequels straight to video) then check out Brother Bear 2 as a suprisingly up to orignal quality potential purchase.
The songs are of high quality, the animation is smooth and detailed and the voices are all the same as the original movie (except the main character, originally Joaquin Phoenix).
Very suprised that this has so much work put into it being so disapointed by Atlantis 2 and Hunchback 2.

now it may be a classic, but i'm afraid i was really disappointed with this film. my 5 yr old was frankly bored watching this, it was very slow to get moving. the story line was not what i was expecting. the jimmney cricket / conscience was to abstract for him to understand in the way it was presented. and there was a terrible bit later on with pinnochio getting drunk and smoking cigars. that bit raised a few tricky questions.

I get irritated by adults who review children's films and rate them poorly. This is a film for children and should not be subjected to critical review by adults. My four year old princess thought it was great. For her it was a perfect follow-up to the original (she didn't analyse the voices!) I LOVE this movie!! It was one of the first Disney christmasmovies I`ve ever bought, and I watch it several times every year.

My favorite is "Mickeys christmas carol", it`s just the ultimate christmas movie. When Scrooge wakes up on christmas morning, takes a walk around saying merry christmas to everyone, and in the end where he delivers lots of gifts and food for poor Bob`s family, it`s awesome... :) I`m not that big a fan of the build-up around these short movies, mixing the new clubhouse stuff with old ... This completes a pair wihich relys of animals to pull you in you may like dogs and not cats or the other way around but this has both more for dogs people but there is a cat with the best lines ever Sassy (The Cat). Is always ready with a put down for Chance (The Bulldog) but will follow Shadow's orders Shadow is a Golden Labrador which doesn't match his name but which Disney magic it works.

Be ready for romance even though it's not snogging all the time.

Baby Beethoven takes the original concept devloped in Baby Mozart to a new high. OK, one might argue that the concept involves marketing of different brands and types of toys, but that should not detract from the concept that young ones tend to love these DVDs.

The "subtitles" indicating the different symphonies are very helpful, with the dog/duck chase in the Eroica Symphony particularly appealing to our young son. There is perhaps nothing to beat "Wellington's Victory" with the puppetry being excellent.

I am a huge suite life fan so I had to buy this DVD and it was great. It has 5 episodes altogether and its really worth buying if u are a suite life fan. Although there could be more episodes and they are quite random but oh well, still a great DVD which I totally reccomend to suite life fans.
