When this first came out I did have doubts about it as many had said the first one was annoying and this and that. I had never seen the first one before i saw number 2. Cars is a brilliently delightfull film. From the moment you watch ti you are left with the feelings of affection for this car. its a really entertaining film were you feel happy one minute and sadered the next. A remarkable film that both adults and children will enjoy.

You don't need to know the story... I'm sure you're aware it's about a fish and his dad. 'Nuff said!
This review is for the parents. My three year old son is pretty hardy but over the year or more he has been watching it I have found myself exercising various levels of censorship. On the whole it's fine but be warned Nemo's mum does get killed, there are murderous sharks, exploding war time mines and spooky deep sea beasts with large teeth!

This film is awsome! It really does make the little mermaid trilogy complete. Finding out about ariels mother n about family life that you dont get to know about in the first movie. This film is a lot better than the second film they created with melody (ariels daughter) the animation was rushed and story didnt seem to be as thought out as the other two. Yes this is basically a kids film, but as a 40+ person with no kids who has purchased the DVD, I'll happily own up to being an adult who loves this film.

This film set the benchmark for computer animated films when it was released in 1995 and it still looks good today. The story is simple and the characters are marvellous. Whoever thought of the idea that Buzz Lightyear could be a toy who believes he really is a Space Ranger deserved an Oscar. Its a brilliantly conceived idea, which has a funny and at times touching script.

In addition to all the positive things about this DVD I would just also like to mention two drawbacks:
1.) If you don't like the Walt Disney singing parades, this is a no for I'm afraid it contains quite a few
2.) The stories do NOT come to a natural and obvious end but rather one leads on to the other so you do have the debate as to whether the child may not watch a little more ...and just another little more ...

the film is great and it deserves a grammy. great actors in the film. i love the cats. good old documentary we have here. the making of snitsky's pineapple and many more.

buy it with paris hiltons album. paris hilton even promoted this on mtv. she is a great singer. buy her album to day. and tine tuner's album. buy all 3 for just 2 pence.
