Stumbled across Katy Perry by chance a few weeks ago, but now I am hooked! Great to hear a lady who sounds like she hasn't been sucking at hellium balloons.

"I Kissed A Girl" is definately the stand out track that most people will be familiar with, but fear not if you think that's the album's only strong material. I would give this a 4.5 if i could, but being a mathematician I have learned always to round up, therfore it gets the 5 star treatment.
Opens up beautifully and sets the tone for the next 4 tracks.
Mykanos is the stand out track for me and the highlight when I saw them live also.
Basically I would recommend anyone to buy this as I really cannot see what there is to dislike, the harmonies are perfect and the landscapes created by the lyrics are beautiful. Probably stronger than the album but you should just buy both anyway.

I'm one of the fortunate ones who attend Hillsong Church London so we get the albums early :o) The worship team play a selection every week ad it's amazing. The writers of these songs are so talented. The album has a great selection of fast and slow songs. I got this album over a month ago and I haven't felt the need to listen to anything else! I loved Kate's music from One Tree Hill but had no idea just how talented she is.

I was going to but this album via US Imprt but decided to wait until we came to america on holiday (i know this is random but go with it) it's our 3rd day, i bought the album on the 1st day and it has been on constantly since we've been here it's amazing.

I am having a lot of dilemmas in my life (nothing too depressing) but this has spoken to me in so many ways i love it and totally recommend it!!

The reason I'm giving this 3 stars is the fact that I'm not that into Country Music which nearly half the selection sounds like on here. My other gripe is that not all the B sides are here.
