The product is great - I've owned a cheaper baby monitor and it wasn't worth having because of interference. This one has all the features you need and you don't have to listen to buzzing all evening! But... the one I bought was faulty - the mute feature wouldn't turn off (intermittently) so the baby yelled and we heard nothing. When we have another thermometer (which is also inaccurate reading too high, that's why we replaced it with this!) reading 23.5 and the heating thermostat set at 19 the egg continues to warn us it's 24.9 degrees in here.
