I have never written a review but had to for this item. I bought it based on the previous reviews for my daughter who is 2 and a half and she plays with it constantly. there are lots of different activities and although at times she struggles with the pens - with parental help she is solving lots of the puzzles and keeps coming back to it to play some more. we have not attached it yet to a computer but even on its own it is fab and so portable that it will be our number one toy for holidays. ... I got this for my daughter or christmas and she loves it. I am really impressed with the quality of the product. It is very duarable (it's been dropped many times!), there are no ill effects. It has made long car journeys a lot more enjoyable. I would buy the case to go with it aswell as it just makes it easier to carry the games. The battery life is very good. I would recommend this toy to anyone.

My 3 year old loves this; the arbitrary nature of who wins or loses depending on whether the spinner says it's raining or sunny is good fun too. My five year old finds it harder to accept a rainy outcome when she's nearly at the top of the spout - but it does teach following the rules which is an important skill. Glad we bought it, both children get very excited about playing it.

My 9 month old baby had this toy given for Christmas and absolutely loved it. She used to hold one animal in one hand and another animal in her other hand and she'd take them everywhere with her. My 2nd child adored the farm too and now my 3rd (and last) child is playing with it. It has not changed a bit since the day we had it given even though all of my children have chewed on the animals and the farmer at one time or another. My two children love this game as it is a lot of fun, great images, simple enough that my 5 yr old can play just as well as my 7 yr old. This is game is won on luck not skill so good for mixed age groups. Also, relies mainly on imagery of the game pieces rather than written play cards so easier for younger children to participate and play "on their own" as only a little simple counting is required.

I bought this product after visiting a friend who had one. I think it is fabulous! Firstly, it helped my baby sit up because of the shape and size (it fits neatly between her feet and she was able to lean on it when she needed to). I have to agree that this is a GREAT product and introduction to children to taking care of any future pets. Yes you do have to get spring water and yes you do have to clean the water and maintain it at a certain temperature but frankly as parents we do much crazier and complicated things for our children, so this is a no brainer.
