I purchased this dvd when 14 weeks pregnant. Up untill this point I had been told by my doctor to have complete rest due to complications.
My fitness level had dropped hugely so I checked this dvd with a doctor friend of mine to see what she thought first. It got the thumbs up. I found that this dvd was great for me. It probably is not too difficult at first if you have ok fitness levels but it was great for me.

I bought this a few weeks ago - along with a pregnancy yoga dvd. Really pleased with it. I'm fairly active normally - in that I walk alot, climb stairs whenever possible, etc - but I've not been doing any "exercise classes" since before I became pregnant. Really wanted to increase my activity levels in my own time (but not overdo it). This is great for that. It's low impact but it gets the blood flowing.

This book is bloody ace. I went mad and bought 4 pregnancy books but this one is by far the clearest, most sensible, most reassuring, best laid out, most informative and least patronising of the lot. This is my first pregnancy and I live abroad so need as much info as possible about what's happening to me and my baby and this is just brilliant - totally indispensable. If you're going to buy a pregnancy book - just buy this one, you won't need any others.

Excellent yoga dvd, it's got the right amount of strengthening and stretching, plus the pace isn't too fast for post-natal tired bodies! Well shot and differnt difficulty ratings depending on how you're feeling. Also, split into parts so if you can't face the whole think at least you can do something. Got my core strenght back after a c-section, so much appreciated! Plus really good baby massage section.

The Blokes guide books are absolutly fantastic, and a real must for all expectant fathers! The book is written in such a readable non-bulls$%t way, that it cannot fail to make you laugh, cry and think deeply about your forthcoming arrival. Yes it's humours, but it is FULL of useful and CRITICAL info. I started to use this DVD after 3 months of pregnancy based on the reviews on Amazon. I started off with the full session and have dropped back to the intermediate section in the DVD now that I am over 6 months pregnant. I agree with other reviewers that the DVD gives you a choice of programmes to follow depending on which stage of pregnancy you are at and also your comfort level. I bought this book, hoping to help me with my daughters sleeping, and routine. Instead it made me feel like the worst mother ever. I was trying to do things with her, that made no sense, kept trying to make her sleep all the time, when she shouldn't have been. Such a terrible book, don't buy it, it will confuse you, and make you feel rubbish!!!!!

This is a complete godsend when you have conflicting advice from all those around you. You can either read it on a month by month basis or use the index at the back. I cannot recommend it enough and it has put both mine and my husband's mind at ease when we're confused.
